I need to share a little life update. The year is a year I don’t think I’ll be able to forget. I won’t be sharing the details right now in this post. I’ll say the life I knew before is different now. The life most people knew before is starting to change.

I’m sharing a little life update before I create more content. I know creating something new is a way to remove some stress. It was one tip I put in a blog post about improving a bad day. I’m finding a few ways to start fun projects on my list. I’m trying my best when I’m not able to go out.

A new routine is starting to help me throughout the day. My current routine will be changing again when I think it’s the right time. I’m trying to be more productive when the day is a good day. I want to relax more when the day is a bad day.

I always remember to be an optimistic person after a difficult day. The way I think about the life I live is different now. I’m starting to think more about my plan for the future.

I don’t know when I’ll be sharing a bigger life update. I’m sharing more moments from my life on social media. It’s important for people to find different ways to be connected.

A Life Update

The moment when life is starting to become disrupted is never fun. A difficult day will be a better day after talking about a problem. It’s better to talk before a problem is starting to cause more stress. It’s important to have more conversations about life after feeling upset.

Creating 

A way to get a bad day off the mind is to create something new. It will feel good to start working on a fun project. A new project will be a distraction when it's a bad day.

Pampering 

It’s good when it’s possible to use more time for pampering. A little pampering will make a big difference when it’s a stressful day. It will feel good to relax before the beginning of a new day. 

Moving 

It’s important to remember to move more. A little more energy is always good to have before the end of the day. The rest of the day will be better after moving the body. 

4 Simple Ways to Improve the Day

I instantly want to tell people about a book I like after reading. I’m starting to find the new books I want to read before the end of this year. My blog will have more posts about something new I find.

A book I knew I need to read was I Am Malala. Malala Yousafzai is a brave person fighting for the right to get a good education. She doesn’t let difficult parts of life stop her from fighting for education. The future will be better if all people get the same opportunities. The way I think about my life changed after reading the book.

I’m starting to learn more about Michelle Obama after reading the book Becoming. It’s a book I recommend if a person wants to know about her. I enjoy getting the chance to read about her life. It’s good for me to get more time to learn about people.

The book Everything is Figureoutable will help people figure out how to make life better. I was ready to learn something new from Marie Forleo when I was reading the book. A person searching for advice will get good advice from her. I’m getting advice from her I know will be helpful in my life.

3 Books I Like

The New Aleksandra

November is a month I think is important. I would like people to know November is Pulmonary Hypertension Awareness Month. Pulmonary hypertension makes it harder for people to breath. It causes other serious problems. The problems don't have to prevent a person from having a good life.

My life wasn't always easy after I was born. I was young when I had to learn about pulmonary hypertension. I eventually was starting to get the help I needed. I'll always be so thankful. I know a person might not get the help I'm getting. I have to do multiple things to stay alive.  The life I have can be difficult to deal with. I was able to find ways to make my life better.

I want more people to know my story. I hope my story reminds people to be optimistic. I'm glad I can stay I'm still alive. I try enjoying the life I have. I never want health problems to stop me from enjoying my life. A person might want to share the story they have. I’ll share more about my health in the future.
