4 Ways I Stay Positive

I wanted to spend some time sharing ways to stay positive. The tips I'm sharing are simple. These are different things that work for me. I hope they can help someone. I decided to share this post after going for a walk with my husband.

Remembering the good things about my life 

A new memory is always being made. I want to remember the good things about my life. I try not to spend a lot of time focusing on the negative things. It's definitely a waste of time for me. Remembering all of the good things about my life makes me realize I have something good to look forward to.

Remembering I'm strong

I have to remind myself that I’m a strong person. I wouldn't have made it this far if I wasn't. I know I can forget that. Going through a hard time can make a person stronger. I'm always becoming a stronger person. People are strong for different reasons. The things people have to deal with are different.

Learning about a different person

I want to learn as much as I can about different people. All people have a story to share. I want to listen to that story. My life definitely isn't easy. I know there is a person who has a life that is harder. It's something I spend time thinking about. It helps me appreciate the life I have.


If a person is struggling to stay positive they should ask for help. I'm definitely glad I decided to talk to someone. Talking can make me feel better. I'm always trying my best to be positive. I would say I’m usually a happy person. It's impossible to always be that way. That's why it's important to talk to someone.
